**COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS**
We are grateful to be open as of June 15, 2020! Please help us stay open by reading the enclosed information, which includes how we clean, disinfect, sanitize, and keep our guests safe.
First, per the rules of Broward County, reservations from COVID-19 hot spots which have been identified by the FL Governor will be denied until at least July 15, 2020.
Per the rules of Broward County, “extra time [is] allowed for enhanced cleaning procedures to take place between stays based upon the use of CDC cleaning and sanitization procedures.” (https://www.broward.org/CoronaVirus/Documents/EO20-15-Attachment18.pdf) In between bookings, we clean the bathroom, kitchen countertops and fridge, knobs, light switches, and remote controls with bleach wipes. Our sheets and bath towels are cleaned with bleach and on a sanitary washing cycle. In addition, we stay on top of maintenance, including new rugs and cleaned AC units in December 2019 / January 2020. The air conditioning system is for the unit only -- there is no cross-air flow with the other units. Lastly, as part of our process, we also use a dehumidifier to remove moisture and filter the air.
